If anyone gets a room at the Radison, We have a block of rooms reserved. You just have to book by Feb 5th 2010 and let them know you are with Reclamation Philly Garou. (though they spell it garu) room rates are for the special rate $99.00 Single occupancy, $99.00 Double occupancy . My opinion is that 4 people one room = 50.00 for the weekend for just the room.
How much: Just to cover the cost, the suggested price is 30.00 a person. This covers event rooms space, name badges, non-alcoholic beverages, character sheets . Things like that.
What I need from the wonderful St's. I need a head count, of how many will be coming and how many might be. I will also need character sheets by Feb 5th . I know its only a month but it takes some time to get event stuff done.
Why we are all getting together, IC reason, big huge party in remembrance of the lives lost by " Scorched Earth ." Why Philly, because that is where the group was stopped. ((There will be plot, we promise... its huge plot and Philly will need all the help it can get.))
